Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for retail purchases. You may return your item within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

1. No Restocking Fee: Returns due to "damaged on acceptance," "defective item," or "incorrect item sent" will not incur any restocking fees. However, any shipments received with visible damage must be reported to us within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date, and supporting photographs must be provided.

2. Restocking Fees: For returns due to reasons such as "no longer needed/wanted," "changed mind," "found better pricing," or "duplicate order," a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

3. Non-Refundable Items: Diabetic test strips are non-returnable. However, unopened lancets and diabetic meters can be returned for a full refund.

4. Return Process: Customers considering a return must email info@diabetesteststripswholesale.com to initiate the process. All returns must be in 100% complete and unopened original factory condition, including all original boxes and packing materials. Merchandise deemed unsuitable for resale will not be accepted, and additional charges may apply for incomplete or opened returns.
