This was my first time ordering from Diabetesteststripswholesale. It took a little long than I expected. This prescription was for my Canine so the Veterinarian had to send in the request for her test strips. Got confirmation from Vet. that they sent in the request and I followed up with Help and Support to check if they had indeed receive the request. At that time I was told that this store had not received the order and I would have to ask my Vet. to sent another request. I did that and was informed by my Vet that it was indeed at this store. So, it took about 5 days to straighten that out. Than I order the BGStar on-line. That went smoothly. Than I get a notification that you did not have 20 out of the 30 test so I would have to wait again. Finally got the notice that the test strips is on it's way. Hope everything will go well next time.
